Acquisition International calling them self "The voice of corporate finance" is an international monthly magazine specializing in corporate finance news and reporting. They have said to be working with the leading industry analysts to ensure the latest and most accurate news in the industry. As of yet I can't confirm or deny the claims.
They have issued Offshore Excellence Awards 2014 and this year the award for the best company for stock exchange goes to Malta Stock Exchange plc.
Malta stock exchange has been active for more than 20 years. The stock exchange started its work in the beginning of 1992 and has been active ever since. Although in the beginning offering the possibility to exchange only with Malta government stocks, the company has grown ever since and expanding in the European market.
The company tells us that they can put one thing for sure as the reason for receiving the award is hard work and close relation ships with other companies that have helped them achieve their large goals in the past coupe of decades.
