Barbados

As typing in to Google "Barbados offshore" found most results in a "bank" added to the previous quote,  I can certainly say that Barbados is mostly used for offshore banking. Barbados is the 51st richest country in the world looking at the GDP per capita. With a very well developed and mixed economic system.
Residing near the Caribbean sea. In the past  Barbados economy has been heavy relying on the sugar cane cultivation. But in the recent years most of its economy comes from manufacturing and tourism. Offshore finance and information also has taken a big part in the economic growth of the Barbados.

Economy

The economy of Barbados is quite vivid. You can find one of the largest Wikipedia pages of an economy for a country of this size.

Agriculture

Large part of the Barbados economy comes from agriculture, they used to export mostly sugarcane and they still do, but the production of goods for local consumption has also increased.

Animal husbandry

Meat export is also quite sizable in Barbados. Mostly sheep, hogs, cattle and large number of chicken. As the production of chicken is so sizable also is the production of chicken eggs.

Fishing

Like in every island country fishing makes up some part of the country's economy. And Barbados is no exception, the fishermen count employed is close to the count of the people employed in the sugar cane industry.

Mining and forestry

As the agriculture field has been so big for so many years, the forests of Barbados have been destroyed and replanted many times. As with so the export of wood has been a part of the economy. Most of the mining was for the local construction needs. Large part of all the mined minerals where limestone and coal.

Tourism

The weather in Barbados is hot and sunny all year around. Making it a perfect place to spend the winter months of other countries. Almost 10% of all working residents are employed in this sector.

Banking

As previously stated banking has been a fast growing sector in Barbados. Also being regarded as the banks with most strength, stability and reliability, having survived all the recent economic castoffs, its a safe bet for for most investors as a best choice of an offshore bank account.

Companies

The typical type of company is available for incorporation - IBC(International business company) under the International Business Companies Act of 1991 and Companies Act Cap 308 (amended 2007-17).

Incorporation

Company creation in Barbados takes around 10 to 25 days. A thing that may complicate the incorporation process is the need to take advantage of the Canadian exempt surplus rules, if you are in need of a company that capable of using Canadian treaty, the director must be a resident and a person of in good standing in Barbados.
